TRUST, LOYALTY AND RESPECT

Trust, Loyalty, and Respect
By Drakaris Thalion

I gave you trust, I gave you care,
I gave you loyalty, always fair.
I showed respect, I stood my ground,
Yet you abused what you had found.

You told your lies, you played your game,
Then turned and called it all the same.
You broke the love, you burned the thread,
Yet still expect it back instead.

You want my trust? That door is closed.
You earned the thorns, not the rose.
You crave respect? That must be earned,
But bridges fall when trust is burned.

You chose your path, you made your bed,
But I will not follow where it is led.
You mock my care, yet beg for more,
As though I have left an open door.

I gave my best; you gave me lies,
You built a world that only dies.
Your selfish pride, your cruel demands,
Are not my burden, nor my plans.

You will never see the love you lost,
You played your games but paid the cost.
Respect and loyalty, gone for good,
You never treated me as you should.

I stand alone, no debt to pay,
The truth revealed, I walked away.
Your empty words, they hold no weight,
You sealed your own misguided fate.

So do not return, do not expect,
A shred of love or faint respect.
You broke it all, you cannot undo,
What is gone is gone, there is none for you.
